So, from what I can see, whatever process that's running on the printer that does Bonjour or AirPrint processing probably dies when it runs out of memory or something. When the printer fails to work with the Apple devices, it will still work with any Windows devices or any other devices using another protocol, like IPP. The common thread between all the devices that are failing to print is that they all are trying to print through the printer's Bonjour/AirPrint support. The only thing that makes it work again is to yank the power and start over. However, after some time ranging between a few hours to a few days, this stops working. Basically, when I plug in the printer, it powers up, connects to the wireless network, and prints just fine from the Apple devices. I have "Deep Sleep" completely disabled on my printer and it has a static IP, yet I still see the same problem. In my experience with the HL-L2360DW, the problem is not the "Deep Sleep" mode, but a failure of the mDNS/AirPrint/Bonjour stuff on the printer.
